Refund Policy
1. General Policy
All purchases of digital products on The Real Dev Shop are final by default. Once you have accessed your download link, the product has been delivered and a refund is not automatically issued.
Every purchase is also governed by the Purchase Agreement accepted at checkout, which sets the binding 4-day dispute window and the grounds on which a dispute may be opened. Where this policy and the Purchase Agreement differ, the Purchase Agreement controls.
2. Eligible Refund Scenarios
We will approve a refund if:
- The product file is broken, corrupted, or impossible to open
- The product description is materially misleading or false (e.g., advertised as a Roblox script but is unrelated)
- The same product was purchased twice by accident within 24 hours
- You were charged but the download was never unlocked (technical failure)
- The seller is found to have violated our Terms of Service in the listing
3. Non-Eligible Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued for:
- "Changed my mind" after downloading
- Incompatibility with your own project if not disclosed by the seller (buyer is responsible for checking requirements)
- Minor bugs that don't prevent use of the product
- Products that work but didn't meet subjective expectations
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Open a dispute from your Purchase History within 4 days of the purchase
- Provide a clear description of the issue
- Include screenshots or evidence where possible
We will review your request within 3 business days. If approved, the refund is processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or PayPal.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a payment chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension. We take fraud seriously and cooperate with payment processors on all chargeback investigations.
When a chargeback is opened against an order, download access to the products on that order is revoked automatically while the dispute is investigated. If the dispute is decided in our favour, access is restored. If it is decided in your favour, the order is refunded and access remains revoked — you are not entitled to keep files you have been refunded for.
6. Seller Responsibility
Refunds approved due to seller fault (broken files, misleading descriptions) are deducted from the seller's balance, not from The Real Dev Shop's platform fees.
7. Contact
Refund disputes can be opened from your Purchase History page. For other questions, contact support through the Platform.
