Terms of Service
Welcome to The Real Dev Shop ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using The Real Dev Shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Who May Use The Real Dev Shop
You must be at least 13 years old to use The Real Dev Shop. By using the Platform you represent that you meet this requirement. Accounts are registered via Roblox OAuth or Discord OAuth — we do not store passwords.
2. Seller Responsibilities
- You must own or have the legal right to sell all content you list.
- Listings must not contain malicious code, exploits, or content that violates Roblox's Terms of Use or Discord's Terms of Service.
- Descriptions must accurately represent the product. Misleading listings will be removed.
- You are responsible for providing working, downloadable files.
- The Real Dev Shop reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove any listing.
3. Buyer Responsibilities
- Purchases are for personal or commercial use as specified by the seller's license.
- You may not redistribute, resell, or claim authorship of purchased files without the seller's written permission.
- Charge-backs initiated without first contacting support may result in account suspension.
4. Platform Fees
The Real Dev Shop charges a standard platform fee of 8% — among the lowest in the market. Fees are deducted from the seller's payout, not added to the buyer's price. Payment processing fees may apply separately.
5. Payments and Payouts
Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers (including PayPal and card processors). Seller payouts are processed within 3–5 business days of request. A minimum balance of $10.00 is required to request a payout. The Real Dev Shop is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of products, refunds are generally not provided after a download has been accessed. Exceptions are made for products that are materially misrepresented, non-functional, or in violation of these terms. See our full Refund Policy.
7. Prohibited Content
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Exploits, cheats, or hacks for any game or platform
- Stolen or plagiarised content
- Adult or NSFW content
- Malware, spyware, or obfuscated malicious code
- Content that violates any applicable law
8. Intellectual Property
Sellers retain ownership of their content. By listing on The Real Dev Shop, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to display, promote, and deliver your content to buyers through the Platform.
If you believe content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, you can file a takedown notice under our DMCA & Takedown Policy. Notices are reviewed within 24 hours.
9. Dispute Resolution
Disputes between buyers and sellers should first be resolved directly. If unresolved, either party may open a dispute through the Platform. The Real Dev Shop will act as a neutral mediator. Our decision is final.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Real Dev Shop is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of revenue from seller accounts.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion for violation of these terms, without prior notice.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-platform notification.
